Gee, I wonder if it’s Ares? Could it possibly be Ares? Nah, it can’t be Ares. ;p
I could be mistaken, as I am not up on all of Thor’s artwork, but I don’t remember him having a skull on his helmet…
Besides that he(Ares) is the only one who is missing from Osborns line-up (Not including Marr-vel..who went AWOL long ago) and that the silhouttes profile and weapon type matches that of Ares…

Well Osborn need help since he need 4 Hellicarriers to take down Punisher and even the Yough Avengers kicked the butt of the Dark Avengers and took down the Sentry. I mean, who dint kick the butt of the Dark Avengers in the past few months?
I call BS on Osborn being able to punch out the Thunder God, armor or no armor….
Also, why is there a skull on Thor’s helmet?? Methinks something is amiss here…
