Marvel has announced a brand new Spider-Girl series that will only be available as a digital comic at Marvel Digital Comics Unlimited. The series, which launches on April 15, 2009, will be written by Tom DeFalco, and drawn by Ron Frenz. If you don’t want to sign up for the digital comics version, Spectacular Spider-Girl will appear in Amazing Spider-Man Family #5 hitting stores on April 29, 2009.

No its not the same, if u dont subscribe to the MDC ur gona miss out which sux b.c spectacular spider-girl is the only digital comic i want access to. so i wud hav to pay mad $$ for one comic cuz they dont sell the comics individually.
