    What the…? Thor+Transformer=… … … Awesome?

My guess is probably not, but check out Hasbro’s new Thor/Transformer action figure.  It may look like the Norse god of Thunder, but throw in those special sound effects that only you know how to make, and guess what it turns into?

An airplane?  Wow.  Would have preferred Thor’s mighty hammer, but I guess if you have to turn into something, a plane is sure better than a cheeta or something.

    The figure arrives in 2009.

Totally appropriate for Thor to transform into an A-10 Thunderbolt. The Thunderbolt, nicknamed warthog, has a front mounted AN/GAU-8a 30mm Gatling Gun, the gun is nicknamed “Avenger.”
