the more I learn about how you make decisions in America the more astounded I am. You elect sheriffs? Why aren’t they just appointed by something like the local law enforcement department. I also find it funny he has degrees in economics and accounting. At least the Sheriff’s department will stay within budget. This experience they don’t need, might it be some actual experience in law enforcement?
