Thor writers pen vampire flick script

Ashley Edward Miller and Zack Stentz, the writers behind Marvel’s Thor movie currently in production, have been signed by Paramount Pictures to write “Damn Nation”, a vampire tale set in the future.  The movie is based on Dark Horse’s comic book by the same name, and written by Andrew Cosby (now an exec at Boom! Studios).

Set in a U.S. evacuated after an attack from “inhuman nocturnal predators,” the comic tells the tale of the survivors after the government has been forced to relocate to London while scientists search for a solution.

Cosby and Ross Ritchie are executive producing the film, along with Dark Horse producers Mike Richardson and Keith Goldberg.
