Considering the wealth of female characters in the cosmic part of the Marvel universe, I’m surprised not to see even one of these characters in this line up.

Although, it is still a badass image. Is there a single character you’d like to see on there that isn’t?

      …okay maybe Super-Skrull.

    2. Navarre on July 16, 2010 3:21 pm

I wish Phyla-Vell was still Quasar, as far as the request for females goes.

    3. TaZ on July 16, 2010 4:23 pm

Shades of Jim Starlin. The Cosmic Avengers? (Nah, enough Avengers titles already).

    4. Wil on July 16, 2010 7:36 pm

Yay, Beta Ray Bill! I was wondering if they were going to leave him out…

    5. Rome on July 17, 2010 1:11 am

Where did Beta Ray Bill come from? He has definitely not even been foreshadowed so far.

      Oh well.

And in response to Andrew… One character I would like to see in that line-up is Drax. And Thanos himself would be pretty bad@$$ too.

Maybe the women were walking ahead, yelling at the guys to quit doing the Reservoir Dogs Slow-Motion Power Walk(tm) and get down to business already.

I’ve got the feeling thet Ronan The Accuser is only in this lineup because at least one main guy has to die to show that the big bad means business.

    7. kirk3d on July 19, 2010 7:16 am

That’s an awesome lineup of heavy hitters!

Why are they bothering with Thanos? Isn’t Daredevil the #1 Villain? I thought he was the biggest baddest threat to the Marvel U now.

Frankly I think a group like this makes it clear just how silly it is to cast ol Matt as a major player.

      • Damascus on July 30, 2010 7:48 pm

I don’t think that Daredevil is the number one be-all-end-all badass enemy for the galaxy, but for the down on the street Marvel characters, he has way too much knowledge of the superheroes and can be a huge threat. He doesn’t own a spaceship to my knowledge though, so he might just stick to the five burroughs for now.

    8. The Ace on August 7, 2010 6:44 am

If i was to pick one woman it’d be Gamora. I’d like to see Drax up there too. It’s a good team overall though.
