I can’t think of one… Of course unless your birthday is today (September 03), then you’re going to have to wait until September 07, 2011, when Atomic Robo: Ghost of Station X #1 arrives in stores. Since you have nothing better to do right now, take the jump and get an early review of the upcoming issue.

If you are looking for the Major Spoilers reviews of comic books from the comic book industry, you’ve found it! The best and the worst comics are reviewed each week.
Or – “Games Of Deceit And Death…” Ever since 1973, Shang-Chi, the son of Fu Manchu, has walked the roads of the Marvel Universe seeking balance and spiritual enrichment. Now that every single person in Manhattan has gained Spider-Man’s powerset, Shang’s search has been sidetracked a bit by a mystical menace that nobody else can perceive. Will his fists of fury be enough to track down the big boss behind this game of death, or has he forever lost the way of the dragon in the spider’s web?
The X-Men are splitting at the seams with Cyclops and Wolverine starting to square off in Schism. The next big event in the world of the Marvel mutants promises to break down their utopian unity, but is it all just bluster or is it worth the read?
Or – “Shadows, Echoes And Unfinished Business…” All the world’s magic is gone, thanks to Buffy Summers, now persona non grata to thousands of former slayers and magic-users around the world. After the horrible consequences of the war with Twilight, rogue slayer Faith and vampire-with-a-soul Angel have gone to London to find themselves a whole new life. Of course, when you live in the ancestral home of one Rupert “Ripper” Giles, you’re likely to find yourself a few secrets here and there…
While the world is casting its gaze upon the newly relaunched spandex tight crowd, there are still books being put out that have nothing to do with flying and fighting crime, but everything to do with mystery and danger.
Or – “He Looks Like Hurricane Helms, Doesn’t He?” Clint Barton used to be one of my favorite characters in the Marvel Universe, back in the day. The capable leader of the West Coast Avengers, with an ironclad code of honor, he stood up to the worst and most powerful foes in the Marvel Universe with a weapon that any putz could buy in the Wal-Mart sporting goods section. That takes cojones of brass, Faithful Spoilerite. Any more, he’s just another interchangable mask in one or more of the myriad Avengers books, the designated deadpan snarker during the endless pause-laden…
The big event is here! DC is putting a great deal of effort and resource into the relaunch/renumbering of all of its titles. With the end of Flashpoint #5, it’s time to turn our attention to Justice League #1, the place where the New 52 begins. Stephen and Matthew took time to examine the first issue and are ready to share their thoughts.
Or – “One Time Where I’m Glad It’s Barry Allen…” As much as I have not cared for the revamped and relaunched “Ultimate” Barry Allen, I am glad this game-changing miniseries is all about Flash II. Since he ushered in the original universal change back in ’54, it’s fitting that he be at the forefront as we do it again for a new age. But how do we get from here to there?
It’s just another day at The Triskelion until Reed Richards and his crazy group of kids create a giant mushroom cloud shaped building in the middle of Germany. CONDITION RED!
One of the great shames of the last decade of comics is the seeming compulsion to break all the traditional taboos. Resurrecting Bucky, getting Aunt May some action, even the fate of poor Sue Dibny are unpleasant examples of this phenomenon, but no one has been quite as a big a target as young Mary Marvel. The need to somehow corrupt Mary with evil and/or sexuality has led to no fewer than three instances of Dark Mary Marvel, each of which utterly failed to feel like much more than schoolyard bullying, picking on the sweetest girl just to make her…
The Heroes in a Half-Shell are back and this updated take on the Ninja Turtles combines a bit of the original series with the cartoon series that brings something new to readers.
Few movies reach cult status like The Big Lebowski. Universal Pictures rereleased the movie on Blu-ray, and it gave us a chance to reexamine The Dude and all that he surveys.
Those loveable rapscallions Keith “Curmudgeon” Giffen, J.M. “Goodnatured” DeMatteis and Kevin “The Artful Dodger” Maguire have reunited for what they claim (again) is the last time, to write the beloved Justice League International in this week’s JLA RetroActive: The 90s.
Much praise has be heaped upon the Batman Beyond universe. It gave us a look at what might come in the next twenty years, and gave us a new group of heroes to root for. While we’ve seen the adventures of Batman, and the Justice League, we’ve only seen Superman here and there. Now he get’s his own story, just in time for everything to change forever.
