Last week, the comic-book-o-sphere was abuzz with speculation that the Invincible Iron Man Annual #1 would cost more in its digital format when it goes Day and Date release. Yesterday, Marvel CCO Joe Quesada confirmed that those who decide to buy the annual via the Marvel iPad App would indeed pay an extra buck. “The Iron Man comic is over 60 pages, and in print it’s priced at $4.99, but on average for that kind of page count, we would have priced it at $5.99 or broken it up into three $2.99 issues. When I first saw this shirt, I really thought the company designed a molded shirt based on the Iron Man 2 armor.  Instead, it’s just a really well done design that makes it look like you’re wearing a tough piece of bad-ass.  I think it will look better on someone with a solid build, as the stretched out lower abdomen of someone 4XL doesn’t sound too appealing.  Still – ME WANT! via Play

Casting announcements are flying out of H’wood left and right as production continues to crank up for Captain America: The First Avenger.  The latest news has Neal McDonough and Stanly Tucci in the roles of Dum Dum Dugan, and Dr. Abraham Erskine respectively. Also of interest are McDonough comments about the military unit, The Howling Commando, and the role they play in the film. According to McDonough, the team may undergo a name change before shooting begins.
