Last time, I talked about Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) being held on Saturday, May 2. Every store seems to have their own way of celebrating this event, and that was particularly clear to me this year. From my own experience visiting several stores and from what friends on the Internet have said as well, this year’s event apparently was even bigger than last year, likely the biggest ever! It’s been a busy couple of months, so I haven’t had the chance to write about something that caught my attention a while back … the fact that IDW Publishing’s Orphan Black #1 was the highest-ordered comic in February of this year. However, things are always changing, and this past Saturday, I attended a convention unlike any other I’ve been to.…

Social media is a great way to get people talking about a project you’re working on. Last week, we saw a perfect example of this when Zack Snyder released a photo of Jason Momoa as Aquaman as he’s likely to appear in the upcoming Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice feature film. I have to say that it’s great to see the King of the Seas get an upgrade. I’m looking forward to the film for several reasons, but now seeing Aquaman has been added to my high expectations. To my recollection, this will be the first time this hero…

That included DC’s Convergence, two months in which titles would appear that might exist only during that time. Well, as reported right here at MajorSpoilers.com, DC announced on Friday how they’re going to proceed after the Convergence event.
