The Loners have sold out once again at Diamond Comics. The series by writer C.B. Cebulski and artist Karl Moline takes a look at heroes who are anything but. Spinning out of the Runaways, The Loners follows five young heroes who want to get rid of their powers altogether and just be normal. I don’t remember if I mentioned it or not, but some creative types, got the go ahead from Josh Howard to produce an independent Dead@17 fan film. The film is finished, and Dread Central is hosting the film for the next 48 hours for all to see. Actually it’s less than 48 hours now, the film will be removed from the site Tuesday, June 19th – better get it now, or hope someone snags it and puts it up on the torrent. That’s more like it I think everyone has had their fare share of problems with Countdown, whether it be the convoluted introduction of New Earth, the character history that can cause many to easily get lost, or the fact you need to purchase other titles to get the full story.
