MOVIES: Guillermo Del Toro to do Justice League Dark?

Rob RasmussenBy Rob RasmussenNovember 2, 20123 Comments1 Min Read

Latino Review is reporting on Del Toro’s desire to do an Avengers-esque film with DC’s magic characters as the focus. The report also comes with rumors on Locke & Key’s future live action presence as well.

If you followed the link above you know most of the news is speculation, but just the idea of a Del Toro run DC magic film is enough to get me excited.
Then there’s the news on Locke & Key. While the TV series got dropped, it may be a movie now. In fact it looks like it will become a trilogy. So that seems good, right?
Both projects here are great news, I just wish they could happen a bit faster.

You know. Going this route for a “Justice League” movie would be an interesting route for Warner. I’d support it!

Sounds interesting, as long as Keanu Reeves isn’t playing Constantine again… :-p

The characters aren’t as well known as the tights Justice League so I worry about it finding an audience and it does have the previous attempts at a Constintine movie to shake off . I’d be keen to see it.
On a related note, having just read the first Locke and Key trade has anyone seen the aborted pilot? Is there a way to see the pilot?
