During the New York Comic Con panel, DC announced many upcoming projects, including the return of the Vertigo imprint and Hush 2 from Jim Lee and Jeph Loeb.

    HUSH 2

Jim Lee and Jeph Loeb announced a sequel to their celebrated Batman: Hush series, to be published within the pages of DC’s ongoing Batman comic book series in 2025, with a HUSH 2 prelude to be published in DC’s Justice League Unlimited #1 comic book on November 27. Fans got to see a page from the Hush 2 prelude, plus a page from the first issue of HUSH 2, and saw the pencils, inks and colors for the first HUSH 2 cover by Lee, Scott Williams and Alex Sinclair.

    DC VERTIGO RETURNS

Jim Lee also announced the return of the DC Vertigo imprint as the home of DC’s creator-owned comic books, graphic novels and collected editions. Lee brought writer James Tynion IV to the stage, with a call-out to artist Álvaro Martínez Bueno in the crowd, and announced that Tynion and Bueno’s creator-owned The Nice House by the Sea comic book series will be going back to print on the first three sold-out issues and will be the first series to bear the new DC Vertigo imprint logo. Fans received a NYCC exclusive edition of The Nice House by the Sea #1.
