Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) and Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®) are thrilled to announce that CGC Comics is the event’s 2024 Presenting Sponsor. With this epic superhero partnership, collectors and comic book shops can look forward to special offers, giveaways and a free CGC custom label!
This year, Free Comic Book Day is on May 4 (May the 4th be with us!) and 48 free comics will be available in participating comic book shops. The line up features 12 Gold Sponsor and 36 Silver Sponsor titles with stories from superheroes to movies and video games, beloved franchises and favorites for all-ages.
CGC is poised to revolutionize the Free Comic Book Day experience by offering a unique opportunity for collectors to not only preserve but also significantly enhance their cherished FCBD treasures. As part of this unprecedented initiative, CGC will offer an all-new, complimentary FCBD label for all FCBD books submitted for grading, adding an extra layer of prestige to these limited editions. This complimentary label is available for all FCBD books, including titles from previous years.
