Sony Pictures announced it is moving the third Venom movie release date… again.
The move should not come as a complete surprise, as the recent SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes (both now resolved) held up any reshoots that might have needed to be done to the third flick in the series.
For now, the third Venom movie (no subtitle has been announced), has moved from July 12, 2024 to November 8, 2024 – one year from now.
Is this move due to problems with reshoots? Is the Kraven movie tracking so well, that Sony is stretching its success for as long as possible? Or is the company trying to coincide the release with a new video game series?
