The Batman Releases a New Clip
On Tuesday a new clip from The Batman hit the internet. Bruce Wayne is the focus of this clip from Matt Reeves upcoming movie:
The Batman Official Clip
The Batman Official Funeral Scene. Tickets will begin at the 10th of February. The Batman set to release at 03/04/22 in theaters.Enjoy
Batman movies always have to walk the fine line in answering the question for the audience: who is the real man? Batman? Or Bruce Wayne?
It’s a debate folks like us will be having for the rest of time.
At 2 minutes and 41 seconds this funeral scene is the longest single piece of narrative we have from The Batman and the titular character is nowhere to be seen. While the villain in question framing this scene’s chaos can’t be seen, I would hedge my bets at it being Paul Dano’s Riddler. Another core of almost every Batman movie up to this point is the relationship between Bruce and Gordon. While it is only hinted at here, we do get to see Jeffrey Wright’s take on Gotham City’s most famous civil servant. In this writer’s opinion, Wright stands a chance to be the most exciting part of the whole thing.
The Batman star Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne, Zoë Kravitz as Selina Kyle, and Colin Farrell as Oswald Cobblepot.
It hits cinemas on March 4th, 2022.
Batman is Going to Murderville
Another Batman is in the news this week – LEGO Batman! Actor Will Arnett (who voices Batman in the LEGO Batman movies), stars in Murderville for streaming giant Netflix. They dropped a trailer for the series on Monday this week – just a day before The Batman graced us with their latest clip.
Murderville | Official Trailer | Netflix
Solving crimes is hard. Improv comedy is harder. All 6 episodes of Murderville starring Will Arnett stream February 3rd, only on Netflix.SUBSCRIBE: http://bi…
Murderville stars Arnett as a detective in a police drama. His partner will be played by a different Guest Star each week. How is this a comedy? I hear Spoilerites asking. What is unique about this? You scream.
The Guest Star doesn’t have a script.
Arnett’s partners will include: Ken Jeong (Crazy Rich Asians, Community), Kumail Nanjiani (Eternals, The Big Sick), Annie Murphy (Schitt’s Creek, Kevin Can F**k Himself), Sharon Stone (The Flight Attendant, Basic Instinct), and Conan O’Brien all seen in the trail above.
By the end of each episode each partner will be asked to solve the case. I don’t know about you, but in the sea of cop shows we’ve been living in since the invention of television this is a take unparalleled in its uniqueness. Some of the actors listed above are noted improvisers. I’m ready to be impressed by the adventure they bring to my television next week!
Murderville will be available for streaming exclusively on Netflix February 3rd, 2022.
