Hero Collector takes to the skies with new Fallout vehicle models

Press ReleaseBy Press ReleaseSeptember 20, 20212 Mins Read

Hero Collector, designers of high-quality collectibles from across the world of pop culture, revealed a new range of Fallout® 1:16 Figurines earlier this year, featuring beloved characters from Bethesda Softworks®’ smash hit video game Fallout 4. Now the reactor is running hot for a second wave of models, with the Fallout Vehicles Collection!

Set in a post-apocalyptic American wasteland many years after the Cold War went hot, the Fallout series is renowned for its dark humour and retrofuture style. These hand-painted, die-cast models capture the most iconic vehicles from the games in painstaking accuracy – each with a detachable display stand that will fit perfectly on any fan’s desk!

The first wave of models in the Fallout Vehicles collection features two transports from 2015’s Fallout 4, each measuring approximately 9” in length:

    • The Vertibird, the pre-eminent gunship of the post-apocalypse! Designed by the US military as a transport capable of VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing), the XVB02 ‘Vertibird’ was still in development when the Great War struck. Completed in secret by the Enclave, the design eventually leaked to the outside world – and in Fallout 4, saw use by the Brotherhood of Steel across the Commonwealth.
    • The Prydwen, the capital ship of the Brotherhood of the Steel! The very first post-War airship constructed by the Brotherhood, the Prydwen was named for the legendary ship of King Arthur. This 40,000-ton nuclear-powered airborne headquarters sports a medical bay, flight deck, mess hall, and armory – everything needed to mobilize an entire division of the Brotherhood of Steel.

Retailing at $49.95/£39.99 each, these new models are scheduled to launch in December 2021, and are available to pre-order now: https://shop.eaglemoss.com/hero-collector/all-fallout-collectables-and-memorabilia

Fans should stay tuned for further details, including the reveal of more statuettes and figurines based on the world of Fallout – and other Bethesda Softworks franchises!
