During my comic store days, one of my coworkers had a tattoo of a Joker face that he wanted to eventually build out into an entire Joker sleeve. On the one hand, I think that would look cool as heck, but on the other, I had to side-eye him a little on his choice of fave-rave. As a kid, I wanted a chest tattoo of Flash’s lightning-bolt-in-a-circle logo and while I have yet to get any ink, I have four different Flash logo t-shirts. Gun to my head, if forced to choose a super-hero logo tattoo, I’d probably still lean that way, though I also like the thought of a big Autobot symbol on my arm, leading to today’s permanent query…
The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) is just enough of a comic book contrarian to think a Greatest American Hero symbol would be cool as heck, too, asking: If you were absolutely REQUIRED to get a super-hero logo tattoo, what super symbol would you choose?

The Atom’s, but only the size of when he is shrunken down to the size of an atom.
This is a good one.
The ‘Exclamation Bolt’ of Madman.
The majority of folks i know have tattoos, but i curiously have never gotten one. Love em, love seeing em, even love hearing the stories behind them if it’s a real dumb, funny, spur of the moment idea. I’ve just never had an idea good enough that i wanted on my skin permanently.
That said, gun to my head, as basic as it sounds, i guess I’d have to go bat-symbol, or maybe the BPRD logo?
The Robin Symbol with the pointy right leg… for…. personal reasons. Most likely a shoulder patch style. Although i would be open to an over the heart one as well.
never been a fan of tats for myself but to each their own . some are beautiful and tasteful while others are gaudy and just make me cringe. kinda like hair styles, or clothing preferences.
