Artists Writers & Artisans Studios has hired Adam Wilson to be Senior Editor for its iPOP! imprint. Adam
will focus on iPOP!’s Visions stories. Visions affords comic artists the opportunity show and tell their
own stories – to play the lead role in the creative process. “Hopefully Visions artist-first stories will can make you laugh, cry, roll your eyes, fall in love, and look at the world in a new way,” states Adam.
At Simon & Schuster, Adam co-launched Gallery 13—the company’s first dedicated adult graphic novel
imprint, ran the Jeter Publishing imprint, and innovated book models in partnership with Wattpad.
Editorial highlights of his career include discovering global publishing superstars Christina Lauren
(Beautiful Bastard) and Anna Todd (After), having his creators earn three Eisner nominations in the first years of Gallery 13, and publishing debut and bestselling authors of all stripes. “Adam brings to AWA a unique combination of traditional, big-company, prose fiction experience, at Simon & Schuster and
Harlequin with innovative, entrepreneurial graphic fiction innovative graphic fiction development at

Artists Writers & Artisans was founded by Marvel and NBA alumni and funded by enlightened
investors. We publish comic books, graphic novels, and digital content and then work with film
studios and TV / OTT networks to produce and distribute programming.
