  1. ‪Great discussion this week!‬

I have a lot of nostalgia for the Far Side, but I’m fearful of what a modern version may be.

‪I am personally not at all interested in new Calvin and Hobbes. Having recently read a chunk of it with my 4 year old, I no longer love it.

‪If I want C&H feel I have plenty of contemporary creators who aren’t so so dated and sexist. It’s just so jarring in 2019.‬ I’m giving them Dana Simpson’s Phoebe and her Unicorn instead. All the imaginative wonder, without the misogyny.
