    NEWS

Chelsea Cain is just as shocked as you by the abrupt cancellation of her new Marvel comic

This week ended on a bad note for fans of Chelsea Cain’s writing. Two years after the novelist’s first Marvel superhero comic, Mockingbird, was canceled after just eight issues and inspired a toxic social media harassment campaign against her, Cain was all set to finally publish her second Marvel comic, The Vision, later this year.

The Teen Titans are going on a “Picnic”! Well, everyone but Raven, who doesn’t quite understand the invitation/riddle and is about to explode from frustration. Then, Beast Boy stomps off from Fiesta Friday dinner when he discovers his teammates chowed down on every single vegan burrito. Can he make it on his own? It’s “Food for Thought,” if nothing else!

    HERO ALLIANCE
    Kevin Juaire
When Hero Alliance was first published it was a graphic novel published by Pied Piper Comics in the later part of the 1980s. It was later reprinted in a series form with minor edits and additional pages by Innovation Publishing as the series Hero Alliance: End of the Golden Age. The series would soon go on as a one-shot by Wonder Comics, and then moved to its final home at Innovation and would be written by David Lawrence and ran for a total of 17 issues. Later the series would continue with numerous special issues.
