The Thrilling Adventure Hour was (is?) one of the great pieces of entertainment to arrive on stage and on podcasts for the world to enjoy. Having had a few comic book adaptations under their belt, Ben Acker and Ben Blacker have announced an ongoing Thrilling Adventure Hour series at BOOM! Studios.
As a buildup to the ongoing series, BOOM! Studios will release several collected editions throughout the year starting with The Thrilling Adventure Hour Vol. 1 Discover Now Edition.

Studios has been supportive and enthusiastic about us and the Thrilling Adventure Hour. So it’s only natural that BOOM! Studios become the new home for Thrilling Adventure Hour comics. They’re doing a stunning Discover Now edition of the existing series thus far, and we’re so excited to work with BOOM! Studios on future Thrilling stories.”
Both Beyond Belief, the humorous and haunted adventures of Frank and Sadie Doyle – who in addition to being extremely rich, also see ghosts, and Sparks Nevada have already been adapted to comic books, and I would hope the duo continue to deliver these characters in comic book form.
Until the new monthly series arrives, hopefully, the trade paperbacks editions will attract new readers to the fantastic world of The Thrilling Adventure Hour.
