With the upcoming Christmas Special/regeneration episode/multi-Doctor episode nearly upon us, BBC America has begun marathonning Doctor Who, making me think back about the previous incarnations of the Time Lord sometimes called Theta Sigma. With his Eleventh reincarnation, the Doctor unexpectedly found his entire timeline endangered, met both The Girl Who Waited and The Impossible Girl, and rallied all his selves to the defense of their once-lost world. He even came to terms with his most terrible secret, a lost incarnation whose actions he had entirely disavowed. but what counts as the best of Eleven? That’s where you come in, Faithful Spoilerites, with today’s be-fezzed query…
The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) found great joy in the youngest actor in Who history embodying a Doctor who felt every day of his centuries of life, asking: Which Eleventh Doctor moment is your pick for the Best Of Eleven?

Having a conversation with Stormageddon, Dark Lord of All because he can talk baby.
The first time he puts on a bow tie and tells the Atraxi “I am the Doctor” and “Run”
I think my favorite Eleven moment is an Amy Pond quote when she says
“So is this how it works Doctor? You never interfere with the affairs of other peoples or planets, unless there are children crying?”
Because yes, absolutely, that is exactly how it works.
