3) STARDUST
Cody Rhodes, the son of Dusty (about whom I’ll have more to say) came the WWE in 2008, capitalizing on his father’s legacy. Over the not-quite-a-decade, he tried several different gimmicks in order to get the attention of audiences, eventually settling on a version of his brother’s most popular character, the face-painted Goldust. As Stardust, he spouted existential nonsense and spoke of cosmic significance. That description also fits Fletcher Hanks legendary Super-Wizard, who is both incredibly powerful and utterly ruthless. His adventures, along with those of Fantomah, another Hanks creation, are wonderful madness, the kind of brilliant comics you have to see to believe.
