Press ReleaseBy Press ReleaseJuly 11, 20163 Mins Read

    PRESS RELEASE

Award-winning publisher BOOM! Studios is excited to announce it has partnered with Discount Comic Book Service (DCBS) to handle fulfillment of its rapidly growing webstore. The move is in response to meet the increasing demand from customers who don’t have access to a local comic shop but want to obtain the publisher’s titles. DCBS is the largest online comic book retailer in the United States and ships both domestically and abroad.

To celebrate this new partnership, BOOM! is offering 30% off to new subscribers to the following titles: Adventure Time, Giant Days, Kurt Sutter’s Lucas Stand, Lumberjanes, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Over the Garden Wall, and The Woods. Next week, fans will be able to pre-order BOOM! Studios exclusives from Comic-Con International in San Diego to be delivered in August while supplies last.

“We’re thrilled to partner with the team at DCBS. Their dedication to customer service and rapid, accurate fulfillment is second-to-none. By partnering with Cameron, Christina, and the rest of the team at DCBS, even fans who don’t have a local comic shop near them worldwide will be able to enjoy all of our great titles,” said BOOM! Studios President of Publishing and Marketing Filip Sablik.

DCBS Co-owner, Christina Merkler, added: “We are very excited about partnering with BOOM! for their webstore and subscription order fulfillment. BOOM! has a history of being an industry innovator and they continue to produce great content with fantastic production value. We look forward to working with them to take care of those customers that may not have access to a local comic shop.”

Customers who wish to purchase BOOM! Studios products are now able to do so at the updated BOOM! Studios webstore, which can be found here. Fans can subscribe to multi-issue series to have the latest installment conveniently delivered directly to them. Fans can also order single issues, collections, limited edition exclusive, and other items by browsing the Catalog section or searching for specific titles and creators.
