ROB: With the start of the Apocalypse Wars, this book has the most interesting character for the story, the clone of Apocalypse himself. And with Cyclops out for awhile and Beast’s new found respect for Magic this book is getting very interesting.

JON: After witnessing the end of an era from Snyder and Capullo, I’m not sure what to expect from James Tynion IV. He’s got a pretty big cowl to fill for this issue but challenges breed creativity, so I’m excited to see what he can dish out.

WAYNE: Mr. Tynion is a great choice to help wrap up this New 52 run of Batman, and the cover helps, too! I’m in!

CHRIS: I was shocked by how good this book is and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. Anthologies are tricky to nail but so far this is hitting all the right beats. There isn’t a story I’m not enjoying at least a little and all the artwork looks great. $7.99 is a bit tough on the wallet but you’re certainly getting your money’s worth.

CHRIS: This book is laugh out loud funny! It’s the mature reader version of Superior Foes of Spider-Man, which makes sense since both Spencer and Lieber did that title. It’s another hilarious story of some horrible people who are plain losers and idiots but like Superior Foes, Spencer makes them a tad loveable. Definitely pick of the week!

ROB: This has been the most surprising title I’ve picked up post Secret Wars. Flash has been a great character and his supporting cast is becoming more interesting with each new addition. Now with what looks to be a nemesis coming, this should be fun.
