What do we know about Mosaic? If we do a search, we discover that Stan Lee created the character Mosaic with Scott Lobdell in 2007 as part of a Manga Entertainment direct to DVD animated movie. Mosaic has the ability to shape shift, has super strength, and the ability to cling to surfaces and crawl like Spider-Man.
Chances are this is NOT that Mosaic, simply because the film was distributed through POW Entertainment, and Marvel and POW are pretty toxic with one another, though Disney and POW have had a number of deals over the years, so at this point, who knows.
