Action Lab Entertainment is ready to unleash Actionverse on the world. It’s a big deal as the company is bringing together five creator owned series into one mega crossover event.
There’s a hero for everyone in this story, from Molly Danger, a young girl stranded on Earth away from her alien home world, to Virtue, a superhero whose moral compass is broken. The event has compelling moments and a sharp sense of humor.
As a “Crisis” level story for Action Lab Entertainment, one has to give credit to the company for convincing its creator owned series to come together like this; it gives each character/series a chance to do some cross promotion and it should increase overall sales for the company.
ACTIONVERSE FEATURING THE F1RST HERO #1 is by creator/writer Anthony Ruttgaizer (F1RST HERO) with art by newcomer Marco Renna, Lee Moder/Fred C. Stresing (regular cover) . The fate of the second Malice from FRACTURE (Volume One) is discovered here.
ACTIONVERSE FEATURING MOLLY DANGER #1 is written and drawn by Jamal Igle (SUPERGIRL / THE TERMINATOR / ACTIONVERSE #0), Cover by Igle and Ross Hughes . Jake Roth, after being forced by the second Malice to transport to our universe’s Canada, meets Molly Danger. Virtue (from FRACTURE) also makes an appearance.
ACTIONVERSE FEATURING FRACTURE #1 is written by Shawn Gabborin (FRACTURE, PUPPET MASTER) with artwork and cover by Chad Cicconi (FRACTURE). Virtue from FRACTURE makes some waves in Midnight Tiger’s hometown of Apollo Bay and takes on the Guild of Pain.
