      I’d be curious to know what effect in-story explanations have on iterability for a character. I wonder how something canonically explained, like a Dr. Who regeneration, or a super hero passing on their identity to another, compares to something that just happens, like changing Bond actors, or hard reboots of comics stories.

      I totally read that title as ” Irritability of Superheroes.”. Which would probably be less informative but could still be quite entertaining.
