    [SDCC’15] Even more Superman news

Stephen SchleicherBy Stephen SchleicherJuly 10, 2015Updated:July 10, 20151 Min Read

Here is the rundown of news and info released during the Superman panel at Comic-Con today.

    • Coming of the Supermen – Will be released in November as a six issue mini-seres.  It will be written by Neal Adams and features Superman taking on Darkseid and Kaliback. Look for three citizens from Kandor and Lex Luthor joining the fight on the side of good.
    • Superman: American Alien – Also arriving in November will be written by Max Landis. This is a seven part series that captures key moments in Clark Kent’s life. Jonathan Case will provide interior art, while Ryan Sook, Jock, Nick Dragotta, Tommy Lee Edwards, Joelle Jone, Jae Lee, and Francis Manapul provide covers.
    • The Justice story line will be written by Gene Yang and Greg Pak, and will focus on the newly depowered Superman.

I’m actually looking forward to the Max Landis Superman: American Alien series. Sounds really interesting, and Max Landis has an interesting take on the character that should be fun to read.
