Munchkin Land #113: Illuminati: The Game of Conspiracy… AGAIN!

Stephen SchleicherBy Stephen SchleicherJanuary 27, 20151 Comment2 Mins Read

This week it’s time to put on your tinfoil hat and prepare for another round of secret societies attempting to take over the world! It’s Illuminati on this installment of Munchkin Land!

    ILLUMINATI: THE GAME OF CONSPIRACY

Illuminati is a “tongue-in-cheek” conquer the world card game where players build wealth and power, sabotage opponents, develop temporary alliances and in general scheme to ruthlessly rule the world. The Bavarian Illuminati, formally known as the “Ancient Illuminated Seers of Bavaria”, are considered by many to be the prototypes of all subversive secret societies.
Deluxe Illuminati Game includes 8 Illuminati cards, 83 Cards representing groups, 15 Special cards, 4 Blank cards, 160 cardboard money tokens (aka Megabucks), two dice, and 16 page rule book with illustrations on every page.

A sampling of Illuminati cards includes: Congressional Wives, Big Media, Fast Food Chains, Intellectuals, Junk Mail, Militia, Nuclear Power Companies, Punk Rockers, Robot Sea Monsters, Parent/Teacher Agglomeration, Science Fiction Fans, Servants of Cthulhu and dozens more.

Illuminati is most fun when played with 4 to 6 players. Can be played with 2 or 3 players.
