Black Lightning all the way. An Olympic athlete & scholar would mop the floor with a glorified mook like Electro.

That electro? Well then black lightening for the win. Is this a fight or a bad outfit expo? :p

Looking at the Pic, I am assuming it is old school Black Lightning.(Bad (Not Good) Pic by the way the coloring is horrible… Seriously?) At that time, he wore a belt that generated the bolts.
Max Dillon on the other hand could overload the belt and use his superhuman strength and speed too cook the teacher before recess.
I vote Electro and the other 77% at this time ARE WRONG!!

I voted Electro just because he’d most likely fight dirty, being a villain and all.

Isn’t it widely known that Electro is an imbecile.

In any case BL has the hero advantage.

      Now Livewire.. there’s a challenge..

Black Lightning all the way, like Mela said an Olympic athlete and scholar. Plus better costume. Final argument when it’s hero vs. villain in DC/Marvel book the hero wins 95% of the time.

If Spiderman can outwit Electro then Black Lightning would think circles around the villain. He was the Secretary of Education (yeah yeah under President Luthor…) not to mention the costume is way cooler. That’s why I voted for Black Lightning, not Vulcan.

Black Lightning’s going to win because he’s the hero Electro may beat him in the beginning but BL will come back from the edge of defeat and win.

OG Electro ftw not Jamie Fox. Seriously Black Lightning is and was small time. Is he even still around? Besides when DC needs a “go to” black hero, it’s always Cyborg and maybe John Stewart. I bet Black Vulcan from Super Friends could kick his butt.

Electro looks like he evolved from Zapdos and Zapdos is a champ, so I’ll go with him.

…I really have no idea who these guys are…

I voted for Black Lightning, who is a total bad ass. Seriously? Electro? They guy was one of Spiderman’s lamest villains ever. All Spidey had to do was wear a rubber suit and wham – Electro’s power was totally nullified. Not only that, the guy is a lame brain. I haven’t even bothered to watch the newest Spiderman villain because Electro was the main villain. Meh.

Black Lightning wins. What little I have read of Black Lightning he was really powerful. Where Electro has always seemed like a joke villain who is there to set the stage for a bigger villain.
