That canceled Clone Wars for this? Lame.
That isn’t technically accurate, at least not completely. From everything I’ve read, it seems there were several factors in cancelling Clone Wars, with making a new series but one of many of those factors.
Though I will admit I wish they hadn’t cancelled it yet. From how I understand it, it would have ended soon enough anyway, but I wish they had been able to play out some of the loose threads and tie the series up better before it ended. Even with the partial season on Netflix and the continuation comics that are supposed to wrap up a few things, it just isn’t quite the same.
