Marvel has a direct-to-video animated film featuring Iron Man and Hulk set to hit shelves next month and the company has released a few new stills to get fans excited. Want to see Hulk in Iron Man armor? Then take the jump now!

The Invincible Iron Man and the Incredible Hulk join forces to save the Earth from its greatest threat yet! When two HYDRA scientists try to supercharge a Stark Arc Reactor with Hulk’s Gamma Energy, they unleash a being of pure electricity called Zzzax–and he’s hungry for destruction. Together, Iron Man and Hulk are the only force that stands in the way of Zzzax’s planetary blackout. But first the super heroic duo will have to get through snarling Wendigos, deadly robots and the scaly powerhouse, Abomination. Can two of Marvel’s mightiest heroes find a way to work together without smashing each other before time runs out?

Sure it sounds cool but that animation really doesn’t do it for me. I think they hit a really bad place in the uncanny valley, not cartoonish enough but too real at the same time, maybe something about the shading.

How can you say “The animation looks better than the usual stuff they pass off?” They are stills, we have no idea what the animation will look like. All we can see here is the art style, which looks bad :(.

Looks like something out of He-man.
Why can’t Marvel get their animated stuff together. They are owned be the G damned Disney?
