Diamond Comic Distributors has released their list of the top 300 comics sold in the direct market during April 2013. We already know comic sales are up, and we know that Marvel came out on top of the market and dollar share for the month, so the top ten may not come as a surprise to many, unless you count Batman #19 as the top selling book in April as a surprise.
