It is a poster filled day here at Major Spoilers, almost as if we are about to enter blockbuster season or something. Disney released two new character posters for their upcoming movie The Lone Ranger featuring the title character and his sidekick.
Tom Wilkinson, William Fichtner, Barry Pepper, James Badge Dale, Ruth Wilson and Helena Bonham Carter will also star alongside Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer. The Lone Ranger opens July 3.

I’d suggest that Zach watch the 1981 “Legend of the Lone Ranger” for Zach on Film, but it’s so godawful even Christopher Lloyd and Merle Haggard couldnt save it. better off watching the first three episodes of the TV series.
im cautiously optomistic to this whole escapade, while im a fan of Depp, i dont like having a non native american cast as tonto.
i do like that they got rid of the blue jumpsuit and got ol’ Reid a spiffy black suit. makes sense with the character.

It’s neat that, for Tonto’s character design, they went with a Jack Sparrow vs. ‘God of War’ mash-up.
Or they just based it on the paintings of Kirby Sattler.
