I saw this fantastic bit of teaser footage a few days ago, and now according to Deadline, this is more than just a teaser, this is our first look at the Bandito Brothers $40 million movie, The Prototype.

Did I see this movie already a hundred times? Feels like I did…
Didn’t the Bandito Brothers do Act of Valor? That was a good – if by-the-numbers – action flick. This looks like a good sci-fi flick, though possibly also a little too by-the-numbers. I like the design, though I’ll admit it looks like something between Atomic Robo and Kronen from Hellboy.
I think a Deathlok clone would have been better.
