wait a sec… Doesn’t Thor need to be alive in order for that Thor/Storm fight to take place?

Lets see, a character with several titles againts a character who rarely shows up in a team comic…. Yeah I’m going with main character in both fights. Besides how many times do we have to see someone with weather powers trying to defeat the God of Storms/lightning fail?

Yeah, it’s gonna be over after a good “Goddathunda!” lightningbolt upside the head.

Thor against Storm??? I hope T’Challa has bought an insurance policy for her from Mutual of Wakanda.

Yeah, well…hopefully they won’t pull off any crazy “Wolverine beats Lobo” ideas for these. Honestly, Thor should demolish Storm. Spidey v. Iceman is a bit trickier – didn’t they amp up Iceman’s powers a lot in the past decade? I haven’t followed X-Men comics in ages, but I thought he became an ice person in his ice form (not a person sheathed in flexible ice), and thus has more reliance, etc. Nonetheless, I would say that 9 out 10 times, Spider-man should come out on top.

The only way spider-man wins is if he pulls some science gadget out of his utility belt, or he comes up with a spider suit that prevents freezing(why not, he came up with one for invisibility). Spider-man is essentially a high level brawler, while iceman is essentailly an ice elemental and an Omega level mutant. He has demonstrated the abilities to freeze people with a touch, dessicate anothers body to recreate his ice body, create hundreds of ice clones, increase his size to giant man levels, freeze entire city blocks, etc. Of course, since spider-man is more popular, he will win, but he shouldn’t.
