Fantomex is ‘killed’ like, EVERY ISSUE.
      Almost.

This teaser would have had more shock value if we hadn’t already seen Fantomex on the post-Schism X-Force line-up. In fact, the only guy whose not in the line-up is the guy whose doing the stabbing . . .

I was really enjoying the second volume of this book, but this latest arc has bored the crap out of me. I don’t know what went wrong. I haven’t been interested in the Archangel persona for a long time, and alternate stories happening in alternate universes really makes my eyes glaze over. I wish more time had been spent on building this team into a “team” with relationships to be explored. There’s not much exploration when most of the drama involves a character who is possessed, because none of their actions are truly their own.

I’ve been waiting like a half a year to get past this arc. At least I’m not still stuck waiting for Necrosha to end.
