      I was going to make a smartass comment about posting comments without listening to the whole podcast, and annoying Matthew, but this post wasn’t up when the issue went live on iTunes, so I couldn’t do it.

      I also work in a call center, but we’re handling IT calls for a major health insurance company. Hearing Matthew talk about WFM (Workforce Management) and call stats and such makes me feel right at home. Keep it up!
