Yesterday, we mentioned that the Six Million Dollar Man, Lee Majors, is headed to the Wizard World Big Apple Comic Con in October, his first con appearance in 30 years. Some of you wondered why he was suddenly putting himself back in the fan spotlight, and today we have another clue.
Turns out the Syfy Channel has a new slate of original shows on the plate, one of them starring Lee Majors.
ME AND LEE
In this ½-hour single-camera series, a down-on-his-luck 20-something undergoes back surgery, only to find that the procedure did not go well. Enter Lee Majors, who claims he has the perfect solution. He entices the young man into his ultra high-tech lab and makes him bionic. Now intrinsically bound together, Majors tries helping his new partner get his life back on track.
Bionic? Sounds very familiar without getting into any legal trappings.
The SyFy Channel also has plans for Kevin Sorbo, and alien version of The Office, and a lot more.

They’re joking…right? This is a guy who’s been selling “Lee Majors’ Bionic Ear” hearing aids to seniors. This sounds like it will join a long list of “Syfy ideas that suck”, which includes NXT.
I love Lee Majors and look forward to seeing him! He’s one of those classic stars who you can’t get enough of !!! I’m so happy to hear he’s back on the scene!!
