I concur. Quitely conveys much that I did not get from Tan’s version.
I just blindly accept that Bruce’s body is dead in a sarcophagus Dick keeps under Wayne Tower AND also alive & kicking caveman butt in the past. Suspend the belief, enjoy the comic book, moving on…
But will somebody explain to me how Bruce’s skull is sitting atop his skeleton here, AND also doing a Yorick impersonation during Blackest Night?
That skull has nice teeth, by the way. You’d think a fella who has been in so many fights would have a jacked up grill. I guess having multimillion$ means Bruce splurges on extreme makeovers now and again.
I suspect daytime talkshow hosts may be involved.

In other new this is is proly meta-imagery…Bruce wasn’t buried in his suit with a batarang in his hand. So the body Superman recovered is still in the hands of Deathmeister McDeathpants(And In Bruce’s head simultaneously..in the past?)…This is just Morrison and Quitely saying something profound about how Vishnu, Jesus, LSD ..hurba degurbadeh.. ALSO Dick should steal his belt. I cannot fathom how the one he has can carry anything.
I think he needs to put on a little weight once his brain gets back. Then the Red Skull will possess…whooops! Wrong dead body with mind floating in the past character.
