MAJOR SPOILERS DISCUSSION: The Five Fists of Science
True story: in 1899, Mark Twain and Nikola Tesla decided to end war forever. With Twain’s connections and Tesla’s inventions, they went into business selling world peace. So, what happened? Only now can the tale be told – in which Twain and Tesla collided with Edison and Morgan, an evil science cabal merging the Black Arts and the Industrial Age. Turn of the century New York City sets the stage for a titanic battle over the very fate of mankind.

Nobody commented on the Buffy/Angel reveal because nobody wanted to take the jump and get spoiled..The header-image served as sort of a warning to skip the post. I cant complain about being Russell’ed though since this is Dark Horse deciding to use it as a cover.

I can understand your thinking, and for this site it wouldn’t surprise me, but nearly all of the other comic book sites had a similar reader response. We all posted the solicitations within hours of each other, and it wasn’t until the weekend was over that people finally took notice of the interview CBR had run.

I mentioned that Buffy is Dark Horse’s number one seller, but I don’t think the majority of people who are reading Buffy are die-hard comic book fans that visit sites like Major Spoilers. So for the core Buffy S8 fans, this news will still come as a shock to them.

Angel as Twilight makes complete sense, he’s been told to have a huge role in the Apocalypse, fighting for the bad guys mind you, so I can buy that with little or no problems.

P.S.- I also Skip any posts with Buffy spoilers, Stephen I will have my revenge, in this life or the next, I will have my revenge!

Crap, wrote it in French, translation: “My ego an I shall find a way to get our revenge…”

It was actually pretty cool in French. :)
