Too often, people get locked into one style of art and close their minds to all other interpretations of the human (or alien) form. The point of the art appreciation moments is to take a look at what everyone else is doing, and reflect upon the work. It might bring to mind good thoughts or bad, disgust or adoration – the bottom line is you’ve been exposed to that work and thus should gain a greater appreciation to all art in general.
Today’s Art Appreciation Moment of the Day comes from Adriana Ferguson, who’s been a great friend to the Major Spoilers site, and the Major Spoilers Podcast. When not co-hosting the Super Future Friends Podcast, and working her day job, she’s cranking out her own art. We just talked about Adriana’s “We Are Legion” sketchbook that arrived at the Major Spoilers HQ this week, so we thought it would be nice to take a look at some of her other work. In today’s installment, we find Bruce Wayne comforting Dick Grayson. It’s a nice quiet moment and Adriana’s art shines here.

After the shout out you gave her on the podcast, I checked out her website. I must say that her art is waaayyyyyy good and I love the Legion stuff!! Way damn cool!! The picture of Lighting Lad & Saturn Girl on the rock in the snow is FREAKING beautiful!!!
