The basic anatomy is skewed, as I often see with this style. Maybe it is meant to be that way.
If I saw a real woman with a facial skeletal structure like this I’d be worried for her. As an art piece it conveys the semi-manga look it wants, I suppose.
But sure, the Baroness is cool.
