No wait is this based on the Triumph Studios PS3 game?that would make for a very interesting comic sign me up
The Overlord is a crimelord in Chicago, a member of the Savage Dragon’s rogue’s gallery. He’s the head of the Vicious Circle, but he’s not Wilson Fisk…
Either way, I’m dead certain that we saw the Overlord die several years ago, and a new Overlord take his place.
I was just thinking of Golgoth from Empire and for a second I thought it might be another super villain takes over the world series.
