Wait that’s Vega!? I thought it was one of his henchman or something, why the Hell is he wearing all black? Where is the matador/ninja gear? The first Street Fighter movie was crap but at least Vega looked the part (unlike everyone else), here the actor doesn’t even look Spanish.
