    Comic Books to Animated Films

This week, we offer up another series of After Show Discussion shows. These are conversations the Major Spoilers Crew have outside of the normal show, and range from sex in comics to our favorite animated features.

In this installment (recorded September 30, 2008), Listener Julian writes in and asks the question, “With the popularity of animated comic book films rising in recent years, I was wondering if you guys can think of any other comic book deserving of the animated treatment?” The Major Spoilers Crew give their answers.

Invincible would make a great Animated series, gets the guys that made the 90s animated Spiderman and we are set…Seriosuly it might be a more sound way to go than live action.

Also DKR done right would be FAAAHNTASTIC and if not i would be able to ignore it existense. Same thing goes with Tom Strong…But i dont think Alan Moore is as tolerant to the idea as i am.

I feel ‘Kingdom Come’ could be streamlined enough to make an animated featurete.
      Also mabye do a ‘FAbles.’
      the ‘JLI’ years.

I wish HBO would’ve done the Preacher series as well. I don’t have HBO, but would’ve subscribed just to see someone attempt it. Thanks for podcasts guys. I enjoy them.
