    Domo: A Rainbow of Colors

Did you visit Target during the Halloween season?  Did you see Domo everywhere?  The mascot for Japan’s NHK television station has quietly infiltrated our culture and now is poised to take over your home in these cute cudley little multicolored versions from Dark Horse Comics.

In addition to their own line, which includes Polar White, Earl Grey, Olive Green, Ruby Red, and Classic Brown, Dark Horse has partnered with Hot Topic for three custom colors—Lime Green, Sky Blue, and True Yellow—as well as Newbury Comics for an exclusive Orange edition. There will also be a very special Grass Green edition to be sold exclusively for international distribution. All ten new 5.5-inch Domo colors are scheduled to release in November.

Take the jump to see Domo in all its colors.

You know what would be awesome?   Having 300 of these little guys all lined up in someone’s office lobby, ready to greet the boss when he walks in first thing in the morning.  Anyone want to buy me 300 Domo?

Damn, Am I the only one who would kill for having a Domo comic or manga?

I believe Nickelodeon was to have a cartoon series, but I have never seen it.
