Boom! Studios Sneak Peek of the Week

Two titles arrive this week from Boom! Studios, the first is the next installment of Blood Bowl: Killer Contract #4 – gotta love bloody footbal, and the other is Challenger Deep #2 as crews attempt to save a submarine stranded on the bottom of the ocean.  Boom! Studios sent Major Spoilers a sneak peek of the two issues, that you can see after the jump.

BLOOD BOWL: KILLER CONTRACT #4– Welcome to the hyper-violent hilarity of BLOOD BOWL, the miniseries that puts the fantasy (as in elves, dwarves, orcs, and ogres) back into football! As the Bad Bay Hackers enter the semi-final round of the Blood Bowl Championship, an assassin still plagues their play. They’d put a stop to it if they weren’t too busy battling the tentacled terrors of the Chaos All-Stars for their lives!

CHALLENGER DEEP #2- Take a deep breath. Hold it. Now, imagine you’re on a-I didn’t say breathe!- on a sunken submarine at the bottom of the ocean, teetering on enough methane ice to blow the world in half if you make the slightest wrong move. And five world governments are sending underwater commandoes your way right this second! Heart racing? Getting lightheaded? That’s the skill of writer Andrew Cosby, creator of the hit Sci-Fi show Eureka!
