    SDCC’08: Red Sonja Teaser Poster

Stephen SchleicherBy Stephen SchleicherJuly 24, 20085 Comments1 Min Read

Even though it was only announced a few weeks ago, the first Red Sonja teaser poster was released at San Diego Comic Con.  Originally scheduled for 2010, it looks like we might see the movie a year earlier than expected.  I’m still not convinced Rose is the best She Devil with a Sword, but if she can bring life to the Roy Thomas and Barry Windsor-Smith creation, and do it right, then I’ll see it.

LOL! Who – other than Robert Rodriguez of course – would look at that wonky-ass plastic surgery-ruined face and say “Oooooh hot! Gotta see it”

      Yucko!

the problems i have with rose mcgowan as red sonja is: she is too small, red sonja should be almost 7 feet tall. second, she need big boobs, like pamela anderson boobs. it may sound mysogine, but that’s what it is.

so, according to my google search, she is 5’3” and from the photos i’ve seen, she does not have big enough boobs.

hey, according to IMDB, the director is not even Rodriguez, but some lowlife who did a ‘masterpiece’ called highlander:endgame.

i don’t want to throw the towel too fast, but this is gonna blow

highlander: endgame. I saw that in theaters in high school, and that in fact did blow.

All this talk of blow reminds me how I’m pretty sure McGowan got cast in this shit flick in the first place.
